All ticket sales are generally final. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

- Event cancellation by the organizer
- Significant date or venue change
- Duplicate charges
- Tickets not delivered as promised
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of personal plans
- Missed events
- Incorrect personal details provided
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team within 14 days of the event date. Provide your order reference and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 business days.
