All ticket sales are generally final. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Event cancellation by the organizer
  • Significant date or venue change
  • Duplicate charges
  • Tickets not delivered as promised

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of personal plans
  • Missed events
  • Incorrect personal details provided

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team within 14 days of the event date. Provide your order reference and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 business days.
